Canon is Mbanc's credit narrative engine. It pulls the file from LendingQB, verifies every fact against source documents, resolves contradictions, and produces a memo where every claim traces to a page.

Each program has its own rule pack — program-specific flags, compensating factors, memo sections, and voice. Canon speaks each fluently.

Canon sits between LendingQB (your LOS of record) and underwriting. It reads every document in a loan file, verifies every fact against its source, and produces the submission memo the underwriter reads. It does not replace LendingQB. It does not approve loans. It writes the story.
You open a loan. Canon pulls it from LendingQB, runs the program rule pack, parses every document with Claude Opus 4.7, and writes the memo in about 90 seconds. Processors verify facts, resolve contradictions, and pick a stance. Underwriters read, check evidence, and decide — and Canon writes the decision back to LendingQB.
Non-QM files break when the story is scattered. Canon threads every number to its source document — or labels it unresolved. It never guesses. Every run is auditable, every edit is recorded, and every contradiction between LendingQB and the source documents surfaces before the file reaches underwriting.
Each tab shows a real station inside Canon — Open → Draft → Verify → Compose → Decide → Done. Click the interactive mockups: open files, generate drafts, verify facts, change the memo stance, click evidence, approve. When you're done, open your real files at canon.mbanc.ai/my-files.
Click every button below. Nothing is a screenshot. Each step is a real piece of Canon.
Start at My Files. Every loan where you're LO, processor, or underwriter shows up with role-aware counts.
The Attention Queue ranks files by open-items score — contradictions first, then pending exceptions, then open UW feedback.
Canon runs the program rule pack, calls Claude Opus 4.7 per section, writes your memo in ~90 seconds.
Watch the memo stream in word by word. Every section gets a confidence score. Edit inline. Push to processing when ready.
→ Click the button below to watch it write.
Processor Station opens on the Facts tab. Every canonical value is listed with source confidence.
Three actions per fact: V verify, D dispute, O override.
→ Click ✓ or ✕ on each row. Verify all 4 to see a surprise.
Pick a stance. Canon regenerates the memo's framing around it.
→ Click a stance. The memo rewrites in real time.
Every claim is underlined. Click it to open an evidence drawer with the source document, page, and snippet.
Three buttons. Your decision writes back to LendingQB.
→ Click a claim, then Approve.
That's the whole flow. LendingQB → LO draft → Processor validation → UW decision → LendingQB.
Mayer, Alan, and Ishara watch the pipeline from the Master Dashboard.
The story is scattered — application data, bank statements, title notes, appraisal figures, processor hunches. Canon holds it all.
If a fact isn't backed by a source document, Canon labels it unresolved — it doesn't guess.
LO-stated, LendingQB-recorded, parser-derived, and document-verified values reconciled before UW reads.
Comments from LO to processor to UW stay with the file — forever, threaded, searchable.
Prompt, rules, model, edits recorded. Regenerate a memo from six months ago and get the same memo.
It recommends framing. Underwriting decides. "Approved" does not appear in a Canon memo.
LendingQB is the LOS of record. Canon is the narrative on top. No duplicate entry. No drift.

Back to My Files. Pick the loan at the top of the Attention Queue and move it through your station. Canon prompts you whenever something needs action — contradictions, missing evidence, flag mitigation.
When Canon hits a problem you'll see a short ID at the bottom of the error — corr_7f3a9b2. Send that to Ishara with a one-line description. The full request trace is searchable in seconds.
